The incompetence of America and the police system is ridiculous. People do know that police department are the rejects that could not make it into the military for the most part or those who were bullied in high school and want to take their aggression out on others.

It’ll be interesting to see if he’s able to finish what he started before they find him.
It’s a chilling case, despite the clues, the mystery surrounding the suspect’s identity shows how elusive some criminals can be.

Just seen they caught him in Pennsylvania
Pretty sure he was in Florida a few days ago. I think I saw him here in South Carolina this weekend. Anyone else have a sighting?
