Well, to be entirely honest, the “debt ceiling” hasn’t done anything ***AT ALL*** to stop Congress from spending money we don’t have.
So, the question should be, IF WE AREN’T GOING TO LIMIT OUR SPENDING WITH A “DEBT CEILING”, WHY DO WE HAVE A “DEBT CEILING” AT ALL?
