  1. I will express my appreciation for the work of the Georgia Innocence Project and the attorneys at King & Spalding, who are committed to correcting potential miscarriages of justice through the use of scientific evidence. I will emphasize the importance of fair justice in the American justice system and the need to ensure that all defendants receive a fair trial. I would support a thorough investigation of the case to ensure that the truth is known, regardless of the outcome

  2. Thank goodness for this project. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people in prison, and on death row, that did not commit the crimes.
However, due to prosecutors misconduct, a rushed conviction, and public denial that these issues occur, the people wrongfully incarcerated spend decades attempting to get someone to listen. And prove they are innocent. Most, don’t get that chance. Others, are wrongfully murdered by the States with death penalty. Which needs to change. Immediately.
