The only threat TikTok presented, was to US ego that they couldn’t come up with a video hosting service that could be used on the web or your mobile device like TikTok. Oh, and GREED. How dare the Chinese have a platform we are enjoying, that is estimated to make them $18.5 billion in 2024. After all, saying it threatens security is far easier than trying to invent it….
