  1. Many of us have incurred the same medical trauma.
The effects of the resulting craniotomy and rehab are felt by many of us.
We experience the post event trauma and do the therapy.

Yet, only the “celebrity” is wooed over and applauded.
America is the land of the influencer.
Foxx is far from worthy of any pedestal.

  2. He’s lucky. My brother suffered the same thing last August. He’s still on bed rest and feeds in a tube. He’s still not talking, but at least he’s waking up now (though only for a few minutes in a day). He was comatose for 2 months

  3. I’m so happy he’s okay and I’m so glad those around him were quiet about what happened and let him tell what happened in his own time. People are cruel and have a sense of entitlement when it comes to those who live a life in the public eye.

  4. “Foxx’s family kept him out of the public eye because he was “so dizzy” that his head would bob around and his daughter was concerned that people would turn him into a internet meme if they saw his condition, he said.”

We gotta do better than this
